Syrita Homes was the first company in Cyprus to introduce wooden home construction using American standards. It was founded in 1992 by Georgios Italos and Chrysostomos Syrimis, who brought his expertise and high-quality construction methods from New Jersey, backed by over 10 years of experience in the field.

We manage the entire home-building process with expert coordination and attentive customer service—from architectural design all the way through to the final construction.

We build additional rooms and/or floors onto existing homes, as well as perform full interior and exterior renovations.
Wooden Structures
